Almond Chicken Recipe

Almond Chicken Recipe With Ingredients and Directions:

Ingredients:

  • Soya sauce 2 Tbsp
  • Ginger powder 1 Tsp
  • Chicken boneless cubes ½ Kg
  • Chicken stock 1 Cup
  • Salt ½ Tsp
  • Soya sauce 3 Tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1½ Tsp
  • Corn flour 3 Tsp
  • Oil ¼ Cup
  • Almonds 150 Gms
  • Carrot sliced ½ Cup
  • Mushroom sliced 6-7
  • Garlic crushed 1 Tsp
  • Onion chopped small 1 Pc
  • Green onion leaves ½ Cup
  • Water if required

Directions:

  • Take a bowl and mix soya sauce with ginger powder and chicken boneless cubes, leave them to marinate for about 10 minutes
  • Then add the chicken stock in a small bowl and add chicken stock, soy sauce, salt, ground black pepper and corn flour, form a mixture and set it aside
  • Fry the almonds in a wok until they are dark brown
  • Remove the excess oil from the wok and add carrots and cook for two minutes
  • Now add the mushrooms and fry for another 3 minutes, then setting it aside
  • Use the same wok and fry onion until translucent, then mix the garlic in it
  • Next, add the marinated chicken and cook well until the chicken changes its colour to golden brown
  • Add the prepared stock to the broth and mix well for 1-2 minutes while cooking
  • Now add the fried carrots and mushrooms along with green onion leaves and fried almonds while mixing them well
  • Add some water if required and cook until the broth becomes consistent
  • Serve hot with plain boiled rice and enjoy the exotic almond chicken flavours
