  1. 6 Eggs
  2. ¼ Cup of cooking oil
  3. 2 medium size chopped red onions
  4. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  5. Tomatoes chopped 2 medium
  6. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  7. Salt 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  9. Green chilies chopped 2-3
  10. Fresh coriander chopped ¼ Cup
  11. Whole spice powder ¼ tsp


  1. Take a bowl, and add eggs, whisk well and set aside.
  2. Take a pot, and add oil, onion, and saute until translucent.
  3. Now, Add cumin seeds, tomatoes, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, green chilies and mix them well, cover them and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Now, Add fresh coriander and mix.
  5. After this, Add beaten eggs and mix them well for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Now, Sprinkle whole spice powder and serve with Naan, roti or chapati according to your taste.
