Beef Chili Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Beef undercut 200 Gm
  • Rice 2 Cups
  • Spring onion 2 Pcs
  • Capsicum 1 Pc
  • Carrot 1 Pc
  • Garlic clove 4 Pc
  • Eggs 3 Pcs
  • Worcester sauce 2 Tbsp
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • White pepper ½ Tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as needed

Directions:

  • First of all, boil the rice or use the leftover rice from the previous meal if available
  • Take a frying pan and saute minced garlic in oil
  • Fry the meat in the same oil and cook until it’s tender
  • You can also boil the meat beforehand and freeze it for later use
  • Now cut the green chilies in longitude shapes and add to the dish followed by beaten eggs, keep stirring while adding all the ingredients
  • Finally, add the vegetables and cook for a while
  • At last, add the rice and all spices and cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes
  • Simmer until the vegetables and rice seem done
  • Serve hot and enjoy
