Directions for Bihari Keema Mince Paratha

  • First of all, chop the mince in the chopper again and again as it needs to be very fine
  • Then marinate the mince with all the ingredients and set it aside for about 4-5 hours
  • Consider giving coal smoke to the mince at this stage for a richer flavour
  • Now knead the dough and make small balls out of it
  • Flatten up a ball with a rolling pin and spread the mice on it sealing it with another rolled up flat circle of dough
  • Roll the whole sealed up paratha gently
  • Make impressions on the paratha edges with a fork
  • Fry the paratha on low heat as the raw mince will take some time to cook
  • Serve hot alongside yogurt and chutney sauces and enjoy
