Ingredients for pizza dough
- 2 cups of white flour
- 1 teaspoon of instant Yeast
- Half Warm Water (According to Your Need)
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Egg 1
- Olive Oil 2 teaspoon
Ingredients for pizza sauce
- Tomatoes 5 pieces sliced
- tomato ketchup 2 teaspoons
- Onion paste ¼ teaspoon
- Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
- Red pepper ½ teaspoon
- Salt (Add according to your need/taste)
- Oregano 1/4 teaspoon
- Oil 3 teaspoons
Ingredients for pizza topping
- Mozzarella Cheese 1 Cup
- Cheddar Cheese 1 Cup
- Garlic Paste 1 teaspoon
Directions for pizza sauce
- Add Onion and garlic in warm oil over low heat
- Stir them until their color become half golden
- Now, stir tomatoes, tomato ketchup, Oregano, Salt, and Red Chili powder in half golden cooked onions.
- Stir all mixture till not make the thick sauce over medium-low heat.
- It will take 4 to 5 minutes to ready pizza sauce.
Directions for pizza dough
- Stir Instants Yeast in 4 tablespoons half warm water to produce its effect.
- Now add and stir salt, sugar, and eggs in white flour and use instant yeast with half warm water to make a dough.
- Use this dough after 2 to 3 hours when its size become double of the actual size of flour.

- Now, preheat your Oven over 180-degree centigrade.
- Make a bread from the dough, then put 1 teaspoon of oil before putting bread on the tray.
- Apply pizza sauce on pizza dough base.
- Put cheese over pizza sauce or add according to your taste how much you want or how much you like and then bake it at least for 15 to 20 minutes at low-medium heat.
