  1. Chicken 1 kg in medium-size pieces
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 1 teaspoon of ground coriander powder
  4. 1.5 teaspoons of salt
  5. 2tb spoon of Red Pepper
  6. 2 teaspoons of garlic and ginger paste
  7. 2 chopped red onions in slice shape
  8. 1 cup cooking oil
  9. 750-gm boiled rice
  10. 4 tablespoons of biryani masala
  11. 2 bay leaf for making taste

Directions for onions

  1. Take a medium-sized wok and add a half cup of cooking oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Now add a half cup of chopped red onions slices in heated oil.
  3. Cook them until their color become dark brown.
  4. Put Out the fried red onion in a bowl.

Directions for chicken

  1. Put a half cup of cooking oil in a large pot over medium-high heat
  2. Now add 4 tablespoons of biryani masala and 2 teaspoons of garlic paste in cooking oil.
  3. Add salt, red, and black pepper with other ingredients.
  4. Add bay leaf and a half cup of water and cook these ingredients for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Now add chicken and a half cup of water and mix these ingredients slowly and concisely and cook them well for 20 minutes.
  6. During the cooking of chicken make normal gravy for the biryani recipe.

Directions for Biryani

  1. Now add boiled rice in cooked chicken with gravy.
  2. Cover them for the 10 minutes over low-medium heat.
  3. After 10 minutes now mix all the ingredients that every ingredient mix with each other well.
  4. You can add some pickle for more spicy and unique taste.
