Ingredients

  1. Chicken cubes 300 gm
  2. Salt 1 Tsp
  3. Red chili powder ½ tbsp
  4. Turmeric powder ¼ Tsp
  5. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  6. Ginger garlic paste ½ tbsp
  7. Cooking Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
  8. Onion chopped 1 medium
  9. Capsicum chopped 1 medium
  10. Tomatoes chopped 1 medium
  11. Fresh coriander chopped 3 tbsp
  12. Salt ¼ Tsp
  13. Red chili powder ½ Tsp
  14. Coriander powder 1 Tsp
  15. Garam masala powder ½ Tsp
  16. Onion sliced 1 large
  17. Salt 1 pinch
  18. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  19. 3 Eggs

Ingredients For Dough

  1. Wheat flour 2 Cups
  2. Salt ¼ Tsp
  3. Water ½ Cup or required
  4. Cooking Oil as required
  5. Whisked egg 2 to 3 tbsp

Ingredients For Assembling

  1. Tomato ketchup
  2. Onions soaked in lemon juice  
  3. Cooked chicken

Directions For Chicken

  1. Take, Boneless chicken, add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste, mix them well and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Now, take a frying pan, add cooking oil and marinated chicken and mix them well, cover and cook until chicken is done.
  3. Now, Add onion, capsicum, tomatoes, salt, freshly chopped coriander, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder and mix them well, cover and cook on low flame for 2 minutes then cook on high flame until dries up and set aside.
  4. Now take the sliced red onion, add salt, lemon juice, mix them well and set aside.
  5. Now, take a bowl, add eggs, whisk them well and set aside.

Directions For Dough

  1. Take, wheat flour, add salt and water, mix them well and knead until dough is formed, cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Now, Grease your hands with cooking oil and knead the dough again.
  3. Now, Take the small dough and make a ball, coat in dry wheat flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
  4. Now, Heat griddle and fry paratha from both sides with Cooking oil, add whisked eggs and spread it, fry from both sides and set aside.

  1. Take paratha, add tomato ketchup, Sliced chopped onions soaked in lemon juice, cooked chicken, wrap and serve this recipe with your favorite ingredients.
