  1. All-purpose flour 2 Cups
  2. Ghee or cooking oil 3 to 4 tbsp
  3. Salt ½ Tsp
  4. Water as required

Ingredients For Chicken Filling

  1. Cooking Oil 2 tbsp
  2. Garlic Chopped 1 tbsp
  3. Chicken minced 350 gm
  4. Red chili powder 1 Tsp
  5. Coriander Roasted & crushed ½ tbsp
  6. Cumin Roasted & crushed ½ tbsp
  7. Whole spice powder ½ Tsp
  8. Salt 1 Tsp or to taste
  9. Tomato 1 small
  10. Green chili Chopped 2 to 3
  11. Red Onion Chopped 1 medium
  12. Coriander Chopped 3 tbsp
  13. All-purpose flour 3 tbsp
  14. Ghee or Butter melted 3 tbsp

Directions For Chicken Kachori Recipe

  1. Take a bowl, add all-purpose flour, ghee, salt and mix them well Properly.
  2. Now, Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough is formed, cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  3. Take a wok, add cooking oil, garlic and chicken minced, cook until minced chicken changes color.
  4. Now, Add red chili powder, coriander, cumin, whole spice powder and salt, and mix them well.
  5. Now, Add tomato, cover and cook them for few minutes.
  6. Now, Add green chilies, chopped onion, coriander and mix them well and let it cool.
  7. Now, take a bowl, add all-purpose flour and ghee, mix them well and set aside.
  8. Now, Take a small dough, make a ball, coat with dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin and spread flour ghee mixture.
  9. Now, fold all four sides, press them and roll out again properly.
  10. Now, in the center of the dough, add chicken filling, press and seal all four edges properly.
  11. Now, Again seal all four edges of kachori and twist gently.
  12. Now, take a Wok, heat oil and fry them on low flame until their color becomes golden brown.
