Chicken Malai Boti Recipe  With Ingredients and Directions

Ingredients

  1. 2 to 3 Green Chilies
  2. Coriander Leaves 2 Tbsp
  3. Green Onion Whites 2 Tbs
  4. Chicken Boneless ½ Kg
  5. Meat Tenderizer ½ Tsp
  6. Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
  7. Yogurt ¼ Cup
  8. Cream ¼ Cup
  9. Black Pepper ½ Tsp
  10. White Pepper ¼ Tsp
  11. Whole Spice Powder ½ Tsp
  12. Corn Flour 1 Tbs
  13. Salt ½ Tsp Or To Taste
  14. Lemon Juice 2 Tbs
  15. Butter Melted 1 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Take a blender, make a paste of green chilies, coriander leaves, and green onions white area.
  2. Now, take a bowl, add chicken and all ingredients except butter and Mix them well and marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
  3. Now, Add butter before cooking and mix well with all ingredients.
  4. Now, Bake them at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes otherwise you can BBQ or shallow fry in a pan until it’s done and your delicious Malai Boti recipe is ready to serve.
