Ingredients for Chicken

  1. Chicken ½ kg cut in cubes
  2. Salt 1 Tsp
  3. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. Black pepper ½ Tsp
  5. Chili flakes 1 tbsp.
  6. Soya sauce 1 &1/2 tbsp
  7. Corn flour 4 tbsp
  8. 1 Egg
  9. Cooking Oil to fry the chicken

Ingredients for Gravy

  1. Cooking Oil 2 tbsp
  2. Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  3. Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
  4. Green chili chopped 2-3
  5. Spring onion ¼ cup
  6. Capsicum cut into cubes 1
  7. Onion cut in cubes 1
  8. Salt 1 tbsp
  9. Red chili powder ½ tbsp
  10. Vinegar 1 tbsp
  11. Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  12. Tomato Ketchup ¼ cup
  13. Chili Garlic sauce ¼ cup
  14. Sugar 1 tsp
  15. Paprika ½ tbs
  16. Water 1 cup
  17. Water 3 tbsp + corn flour 2 tbsp mixture

Directions For Chicken Manchurian

  1. Take, a bowl, add chicken, salt, garlic, black pepper, chili flakes, soya sauce and mix these ingredients well by adding corn flour and egg.
  2. Now, Deep fry the chicken cubes in a wok and set aside.
  3. To make Manchurian gravy, heat up oil, add ginger and garlic, green chili and spring onion and saute them for 30 seconds.
  4. Now, Add capsicum, onion and saute them for 30 seconds. Add salt, red chili, vinegar, soya sauce, Knorr Tomato Ketchup, Knorr Chili Garlic Sauce, sugar and paprika and mix all of these ingredients well.
  5. Now, Add 1 cup water stir and add the mixture of water and corn flour and mix them until gravy becomes thick and dish out and serve with Chinese vegetable rice or fried rice.
