  1. All-purpose flour 200 gm
  2. Salt ¼ Tsp
  3. Butter Refrigerated 100 gm
  4. 4 Eggs
  5. Water Chilled 2 tbsp
  6. Cream 1 cup
  7. Chicken stock ½ Cup
  8. Nutmeg powder ¼ Tsp
  9. Salt ¼ Tsp
  10. Black pepper powder ½ Tsp
  11. 2 Chicken breast fillets Boiled & shredded
  12. Cheddar cheese ¼ Cup
  13. Mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp
  14. Mushrooms ½ Cup
  15. Capsicum Chopped ¼ Cup
  16. Green coriander Chopped ½ Cup

Directions For Chicken Quiche Recipe

  1. Take a bowl, sieve all-purpose flour, add salt and butter.
  2. Take eggs, add chilled water and mix them well.
  3. Now, Gradually add egg and water mixture and knead well to make a dough, then cover it with cling film and refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes.
  4. Take a bowl, add eggs, cream, nutmeg powder, chicken stock, salt and black pepper powder and mix these ingredients well.
  5. Now, Grease 9 to 10-inch baking dish and set aside.
  6. On a working table, sprinkle all-purpose flour and roll dough with the help of rolling pin to make round shape of the dough.
  7. Now, place the crust into the bottom and press the edges.
  8. Add chicken breast fillets boiled and shredded, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, capsicum, parsley or green coriander.
  9. Now, in the last step, Pour egg mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180C temperature until crust is golden brown.
