  1. Boneless Chicken ½ Kg
  2. Ginger and Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
  3. Salt 1 Teaspoon
  4. Red Chili ½ Tablespoon
  5. Coriander powder ½ Tablespoon
  6. Turmeric ¼ Teaspoon
  7. Garam Masala ¼ Teaspoon
  8. Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  9. Soya Sauce 1 Tablespoon
  10. Bell Pepper
  11. 1 Tomato
  12. 1 Red Onion
  13. Shashlik Sticks

Ingredients for Sauce

  1. Tomato Ketchup ½ Cup
  2. Rosemary ½ Teaspoon
  3. Black Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Chinese Salt ¼ Teaspoon
  6. Water ½ Cup

Directions for Chicken Shashlik

  1. First, Cut the chicken and vegetables into cubes.
  2. Now, take a bowl add chicken with garlic and ginger paste and all your spices.
  3. Now mix all the above ingredients and Marinate chicken for 1 hour.
  4. Now, Cut the bell pepper, tomato, and red onion in the square shape.
  5. Now, Assemble the chicken and veggies in a shashlik stick according to your choice.
  6. Now, take a frying pan heat 2 to 3 tablespoon of cooking oil and place your sticks. Keep turning the sides of shashlik sticks so all the sides are cooked evenly.

Directions for Sauce

  1. Take a saucepan, add ketchup, water, salt, black pepper, and rosemary and cook the sauce for 3 to 5 minutes.
