Ingredients

  1. 400-gm spaghetti
  2. Half kg minced chicken meat
  3. 1 cup of tomato ketchup
  4. 3 chopped medium-size green chilies
  5. 1 chopped medium-sized tomato
  6. Salt ( According to your taste)
  7. Red pepper (According to your taste)
  8. Black pepper ( According to your taste)
  9. 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  10. Chopped coriander leaves
  11. 1 cup of cooking oil/butter

Directions for spaghetti

  1. Take a wok and add 3 to 4 glass of water over medium-high heat to boil the spaghetti.
  2. Now add 400-gm spaghetti in boiled water and boil them for 10 minutes.
  3. Now put out boiled spaghetti from the boiled water and add them into a bowl and dry them.

Directions for minced chicken

  1. Take a medium-sized wok and add a half cup of oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Now add minced chicken with salt, red pepper, black pepper, chopped tomatoes, and green chilis.
  3. Fry the minced chicken well until chicken color become golden brown.
  4. Now add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves in cooked chicken and mix them well.
  5. In the last step add boiled spaghettis and mix them well with fried minced chicken.
  6. Now add tomato ketchup and mix well with the cooked spaghetti and chicken with this recipe for Italian taste.
