  1. Cooking Oil 3 to 4 tbs
  2. Chicken Boiled and shredded 1 & ½ Cups
  3. Carrot julienne 1 & ½ Cups
  4. Cabbage julienne 1 & ½ Cups
  5. Capsicum julienne 1 & ½ Cups
  6. Salt 1 Tsp or to taste
  7. Black pepper crushed 2 Tsp
  8. Soy sauce 2 Tbsp
  9. Green onion chopped 1 Cup
  10. All-purpose flour 3 to 4 tbs
  11. Water as required
  12. Roll sheets 12 to 15
  13. Cooking Oil for frying


  1. Take a medium-size wok, add oil, chicken, carrot, cabbage, capsicum and mix them well.
  2. Now, Add salt, black pepper crushed, soy sauce, green onion and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes and set aside.
  3. Now add all-purpose flour, add water and mix them well to form a smooth paste.
  4. Take roll sheets, and add filling and fold both sides of sheets, apply all-purpose flour paste and fold it.
  5. Now, Prepare the remaining rolls similarly.
  6. Take a wok, heat oil and fry until their color becomes golden brown.
  7. Your Recipe is ready to serve, you can serve this recipe with tomato ketchup or mayonnaise.
