  1. Chicken 4 pieces
  2. Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  5. Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  6. Yogurt ¾ Cup
  7. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  8. Whole spice powder 1 tsp
  9. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  10. Gram flour Roasted 1 tbsp
  11. Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  12. Orange food color ¼ tsp
  13. Carom seeds ½ tsp
  14. Red chili crushed 1 tsp
  15. Chaat masala 1 tsp
  16. Butter melted 1 tbsp


  1. First, Take chicken pieces and give cuts on them.
  2. Now, Take a bowl, add lemon juice, salt, garlic paste, ginger paste and mix them well.
  3. Now, Add chicken pieces, mix and leave it for 15 minutes.
  4. Now, Take a medium-size bowl, and add yogurt, red chili powder, whole spice powder, cumin powder, gram flour, turmeric powder, orange food color, carom seeds, red chili crushed, chaat masala and mix these ingredients well.
  5. Now add marinated chicken pieces in above mix ingredients and mix chicken pieces well with ingredients.
  6. Now, Add butter, and mix well and marinate for 4 hours.
  7. Now, Bake chicken marinated pieces in the pre-heated oven at 180 C for 30-35 minutes.You can also grill or pan fry until done.
