- 500 gm boiled white rice
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 teaspoons of vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
- 1 small chopped red onion
- 2 chopped carrots in tiny pieces
- Chinese salt according to your taste
- Capsicum 1 chopped
- Take a wok add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil over low-medium heat.
- Add chopped carrots, red onion, and capsicum and cook them well in cooking for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Now add vinegar and soy sauce in cooked vegetables also add salt according to your taste and cook these ingredients well for 5 to 10 minutes.
