Ingredients

  1. 500 gm boiled white rice
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 4 tablespoons cooking oil
  4. 2 teaspoons of vinegar
  5. 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
  6. 1 small chopped red onion
  7. 2 chopped carrots in tiny pieces
  8. Chinese salt according to your taste
  9. Capsicum 1 chopped

Directions

  1. Take a wok add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil over low-medium heat.
  2. Add chopped carrots, red onion, and capsicum and cook them well in cooking for 5 to 8 minutes.
  3. Now add vinegar and soy sauce in cooked vegetables also add salt according to your taste and cook these ingredients well for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Now take a bowl add eggs liquid and mix them well.
  5. Take a cooking pot add 2 tablespoons of oil over low-medium heat.
  6. Now put the paste of eggs in the heated oil and make the omelet of that paste and fry this paste like this that chopped them into small tiny pieces.

Now put the boiled rice in the omelet and mix them well for 5 minutes over low-medium heat.
