Ingredients for Boil Rice

  1. Salt 1 tsp
  2. Vinegar 1 tsp
  3. Rice 1 & ½ cup

Ingredients for Vegetable and eggs

  1. Cooking Oil 2 tbsp
  2. 1Egg
  3. Garlic 1 tbsp
  4. Spring onion white chopped ½ cup
  5. Carrot grated 1 cup
  6. Cabbage chopped ½ cup
  7. Spring onion chopped ½ cup
  8. Salt 1 tsp
  9. Chinese salt 1 tsp
  10. Black pepper 1 tsp
  11. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  12. Vinegar 1 tsp
  13. Water ¼ cup

Directions for Chinese Fried Rice

  1. Boil the white rice and set aside.
  2. Now take a pan and add 1 tbs cooking oil to it, crack an egg and stir it quickly to make it in threads and take out the egg and set aside.
  3. Now, Add 1 tbs of cooking oil and add garlic paste to it. Then add spring red onion and chopped carrots and mix them well.
  4. Now, add cabbage, spring onions, salt, Chinese salt, black pepper, soya sauce, and vinegar and cook them for 2 minutes.
  5. Now, add boil rice and fried egg and mix them well and Add ¼ cup of water and keep it on low flame for 5 minutes and your Chinese Fried Rice Recipe is ready to serve.
