  1. 8 ounces of dry pasta
  2. 6 chopped stalks of scallion
  3. 6 chopped slices of ginger
  4. 6 garlic cloves
  5. 6 tablespoons of cooking oil
  6. 6 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce
  7. A pinch of Salt, and Black Pepper powder
  8. A pinch of sugar just for a taste


  1. Boil water in a pot and add a pinch of salt.
  2. Now add the pasta in the boiling water for 4 minutes.
  3. Now Put out the pasta from the boiling water.
  4. Add 6 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pot over low heat.
  5. Now add 6 ginger slices and 6 cloves of garlic.
  6. Add 6 chopped green onions and cook these ingredients in heated cooking oil for 4 to 5 minutes.
  7. Now again add 6 tablespoons of cooking oil in the above mixture.
