  • Nariyal (Coconut) 1 Pc
  • Ghee 3 Tbsp
  • Nariyal (Coconut) grinded 2 Cups
  • Cheeni (Sugar) ¾ Cup
  • Doodh (Milk) ¾ Cup
  • Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 Tsp
  • Pista (Pistachio) sliced 8-10 Pcs


  • First of all, chop the coconut in a chopper
  • Take a pot and melt the ghee in it
  • Add the ground coconut along with milk, sugar in the ghee and mix well
  • Cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes until the mixture comes together and stops sticking to the pot
  • Grease the mould with oil very generously and add the coconut mixture in it while applying some pressure on it
  • Add the pistachio and press it
  • Now let it cool until it’s all set for about an hour or two
  • Cut into desired shapes as it is ready to be enjoyed
