Corn Chicken Roll Ups Recipe

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast pieces 2, boiled
  • Capsicum 1 medium
  • Carrot 1 medium
  • Corns ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Chinese salt ½ Tsp
  • Red chili sauce 1 Tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 Tsp
  • Black pepper 1 Tsp
  • White pepper ½ Tsp
  • All spice powder/ garam masala 1/4 Tsp
  • Oil 1 -2 Tbsp
  • Roll wraps or egg rolls as needed

 Directions for Corn Chicken Roll Ups

  • Boil the chicken until it’s tender
  • Meanwhile, cut the carrot and capsicum into juvenile pieces
  • Shred the chicken into pieces
  • Take a pan and heat oil on it
  • Saute the chicken alongside all the vegetables and spices and form a consistent filling mixture
  • Wrap the filling in the roll wraps and deep fry them
  • You may also bake it
  • Drain the excess oil on a paper towel after frying the roll ups
  • Serve hot alongside your favourite dips and enjoy the rich flavour of corn and chicken combined with veggies
