Ingredients for Marination

  1. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  2. Salt ¼ Tsp
  3. Sugar ½ Tsp
  4. Black pepper Crushed ½ Tsp
  5. Boneless fish ½ kg

Ingredients for Coating

  1. Milk 1 cup
  2. Vinegar 1 tbsp
  3. 2 Eggs
  4. All-purpose flour 1 Cup
  5. Cornflour 1 & ½ Tsp
  6. Rice flour 2 Tsp
  7. White pepper powder ½ Tsp
  8. Dried oregano 1 tsp
  9. Paprika powder 1 tsp
  10. Chicken powder 1 tsp
  11. Garlic powder 1 tsp
  12. Salt ¼ Tsp
  13. Oil for frying

Ingredients for Tartar Sauce

  1. Mayonnaise ½ cup
  2. Pickled cucumber 1 tbsp
  3. Pickled jalapenos 1 tbsp
  4. Green onion chopped 1 tbsp
  5. Green coriander Chopped ½ tbs
  6. Worcestershire sauce ¼ Tsp
  7. Yellow mustard 1 tsp
  8. Hot pepper sauce ½ Tsp
  9. Lemon juice 1 Tsp


  1. First, take a bowl, add lemon juice, salt, sugar and black pepper crushed, and mix them well.
  2. Now, Add boneless fish, mix it and marinate them for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Now, add vinegar in milk and mix well and leave for 5 to 10 minutes.Butter milk is ready is ready to use for crispy fish fry.
  4. Now, take a bowl, add and beat eggs, add buttermilk, and mix them well and set aside.
  5. Take a separate bowl, add all-purpose flour, corn flour, rice flour, white pepper powder, dried oregano, paprika powder, chicken powder, garlic powder and salt, mix them well and set aside.
  6. Now dip the marinated boneless fish in egg mixture then coat in flour mixture, and again dip in egg mixture and coat it again in flour mixture and deep fry until its color becomes golden brown on medium low flame.
  7. Now your, Crispy fried fish is ready, serve with tartar sauce.

Directions for Tartar Sauce

  1. To Make the Tartar sauce, take a bowl and add mayonnaise, pickled cucumber, mustard paste, green onion, pickled jalapenos, green coriander, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce and lemon juice in the bowl and mix these ingredients well and your tartar sauce is ready to serve with crispy fish fry recipe.
