Devilled eggs are also known as picnic eggs which are packed with creamy filling. They are ridiculously easy to make and tougher to resist.

- Eggs 6 Pcs
- Mayonnaise ¼ Cup
- Mustard sauce or kasundi
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped Parsley ¼ Cup
- Hard boil the eggs and neatly slice them in halves. Scoop out the yolk.
- Add the yolks in a bowl and add mayonnaise and mustard sauce. Add salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Take a piping bag and fill it up with the egg mixture.
- Fill up the egg whites with the mixture making neat swirls. Top the eggs with chopped herbs such as coriander or oregano and even chili flakes.
- Serve it there and then.
