DoNugs (Donuts + Nuggets) Recipe With Ingredients and Directions:

Ingredients for DoNugs:

  • Chicken cubes 750 Gms
  • Chanay (Chickpeas) boiled Cup
  • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ Tbsp
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 Tsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 Tsp
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 Tsp
  • Paprika powder 1 Tsp
  • Soy sauce 1 Tsp
  • Bread slices 2 Pcs
  • Mozzarella cheese slices as required
  • Anday (Eggs) beaten 2 Pcs
  • Bread crumbs 1 Cup
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients for Cheese Sauce:

  • Makhan (Butter) 1 Tbsp
  • Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Tbsp
  • Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
  • Cheddar cheese 2 Tbsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
  • Red chili flakes to sprinkle

Directions To Prepare DoNugs:

  • Chop the chicken cubes in a chopper along with salt, chickpeas, garlic ginger paste, black pepper powder, paprika powder, red chilli powder, soya sauce and bread slices until they are thoroughly mixed
  • Grease up your hands with oil and make a ball from a mixture and then flatten it up
  • Put the mozzarella cheese slices and put them in a donut shape
  • Then grease your hands again and cover all of the cheese surface with the minced mixture
  • Now dip it into beaten eggs and coat in breadcrumbs
  • Fry it on low flame in a frying pan until golden brown
  • Serve hot along with the cheese sauce and enjoy

Directions To Prepare Cheese Sauce:

  • Melt the butte in a saucepan and add all purpose flour into it while stirring properly
  • Add the milk gradually while mixing
  • Now add cheddar cheese and cook until the mixture thickens
  • Add the salt and mix it well
  • Creamy cheese sauce is ready to go along
  • Drizzle it on the donugs while sprinkling some red chilli flakes on it
