Ingredients

Ingredients for Fusion sauce

  1. Jalapenos 1 chopped
  2. Iceberg ¼ chopped
  3. Pepper sauce 1 Tsp
  4. Mustard paste 1 Tbsp
  5. Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp
  6. Worcestershire sauce 1 Tsp
  7. Tomato ketchup 2 Tbsp

Ingredients for Caramelized onion

  1. Butter 1 Tbsp
  2. 1 sliced Red Onion
  3. Brown sugar ½ Tsp

Ingredients For Beef patty

  1. Beef minced 500 gm
  2. Worcestershire sauce 1 Tsp
  3. 1 egg yolk
  4. Chopped Parsley/ Coriander 2 tbsp
  5. Salt 1 ½ tsp
  6. Black pepper 1 ½ tsp
  7. Garlic grated 3 to 4 cloves
  8. Chili Garlic Sauce 1 & ½ tbs
  9. Cheese slice

Beef burger assembling Ingredients

  1. Burger buns
  2. Mayonnaise
  3. Iceberg
  4. Tomato slices
  5. Beef patty with cheese
  6. Special sauce
  7. Red Onion (caramelized or raw sliced)
  8. Jalapenos

Directions For Fusion Sauce

  1. First Chop jalapenos and iceberg lettuce.
  2. Now, Mix all sauces in a bowl and add jalapenos and iceberg. 3. Mix all of these ingredients in sauce and set aside.

Directions for Caramelized Onion

  1. Chop red onion into slices.
  2. Take a frying pan heat butter, add onion and fry them for a minute.
  3. Now, Add brown sugar and let the onion slices simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Once Onion slices become brown and soft, dish them out and set aside.

Directions for Beef Burger Patty

  1. Take a bowl and add minced beef, Worcestershire sauce, egg yolk, Parsley/ coriander, salt, black pepper, grated garlic and chili garlic sauce and Mix them well and make patties from this mixture.
  2. While making beef patties, keep your hand gentle don’t press very hard and once patty is made press lightly in the middle.
  3. Make desired size patties according to your choice
  4. Now, Refrigerate beef patties for 10 to 20 minutes.
  5. Now, Heat up cooking Oil on a grill or pan and fry pattie for 5 to 6 mins from each side and don’t flip again and again.
  6. When one side is done then flip and let another side cook.
  7. Now, Add cheese slice on the fried side so the cheese melts and add flavor to the patty.

Direction for Assembling Burger

  1. In assembling you can add any vegetable of your choice and assemble burger according to your style.
  2. Now, spread mayonnaise, iceberg lettuce leaf, tomato slices, beef patty with cheese, fusion sauce, caramelized onion or raw onion slices, jalapenos slices over the bung burger and top with another side of the bun.
