Ingredients For Dressing

  1. Olive oil 1/4 cup
  2. Mayonnaise 2-1/2 tbs
  3. Yogurt 2tbs
  4. Garlic cloves 3 finely chopped
  5. Dijon mustard 1/2tbs
  6. Worcestershire sauce 1/2tsp
  7. Vinegar 1tbs
  8. Lemon juice 1tbs
  9. Black pepper powder 2 pinches
  10. Salt 2 pinches

Ingredients For Chicken Marination

  1. Chicken fillet 1
  2. Vinegar 1tbs
  3. Garlic cloves 3-4 finely chopped
  4. Salt 1/4 tsp
  5. Black pepper powder 1/4 Tsp
  6. Dried oregano 1/2tsp
  7. Dried thyme 1/2tsp
  8. Olive oil 1/2tbs
  9. Lettuce leaves as required
  10. Corn boiled 1/2 cup
  11. Tomatoes 2 cubed

Directions

For Dressing

  1. Take a small-size bowl, and add olive oil, mayonnaise, yogurt, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, black pepper powder and salt, whisk these ingredients well.
  2. Add this mixture in a dressing bottle, shake it well and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Directions For Chicken Marination

  1. First, Marinate the chicken fillet with vinegar, chopped garlic, salt, black pepper powder, dried oregano and dried thyme, and then mix them well.
  2. Now, Grill the chicken and cook each side for 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. Now take a bowl, and add lettuce leaves, corn boiled and tomatoes, drizzle prepared dressing, and mix them well.
  4. Now in the last step, Cut the chicken fillet and Take a serving plate, add dressing and chicken pieces and serve.
