  1. Cucumber 2 to 3
  2. Tomatoes 2
  3. Capsicum 1
  4. Iceberg lettuce ½
  5. Coriander Chopped ½ cup
  6. Mint 3 to 4 tbsp
  7. Radish ½
  8. Whole wheat pita bread 1 to 2
  9. Olive oil 1 Tsp
  10. Salt 1 to 2 Pinch

Ingredients For Salad Dressing

  1. Olive oil ½ Cup
  2. Lemon juice 1/3 Cup
  3. Salt ½ Tsp
  4. Garlic chopped 1
  5. Lemon zest 1 tbsp

Directions For Fattoush Salad Recipe

  1. Peel and wash cucumber then cut into small cubes.
  2. Now, Deseed tomatoes and cut into small cubes.
  3. Now, Deseed capsicum and cut into small cubes pieces.
  4. Now, Cut iceberg lettuce, parsley or coriander, mint leaves, radish and whole wheat pita bread.
  5. Now, Heat griddle, add whole wheat pita bread cubes, olive oil and a pinch of salt, toast until brown on low flame.

Directions For Dressing

  1. Take a small jug, add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, garlic and lemon zest, whisk them well and pour into a squeeze bottle.
  2. Now, take a bowl, add all vegetables, bran pita bread and salad dressing, and mix them well and serve.
