- Iceberg lettuce ½
- Coriander Chopped ½ cup
- Mint 3 to 4 tbsp

- Whole wheat pita bread 1 to 2

- Salt 1 to 2 Pinch

- Olive oil ½ Cup
- Lemon juice 1/3 Cup
- Salt ½ Tsp
- Garlic chopped 1
- Lemon zest 1 tbsp

- Peel and wash cucumber then cut into small cubes.
- Now, Deseed tomatoes and cut into small cubes.
- Now, Deseed capsicum and cut into small cubes pieces.
- Now, Cut iceberg lettuce, parsley or coriander, mint leaves, radish and whole wheat pita bread.
