- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 ½ tsp Or to taste
- Black Pepper 1 tsp

- Flour 1 Cup
- Bread Crumbs 1 ½ Cup
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Lemon Zest 1 tbs
- Oil for Deep Fry
Ingredients for Tzatziki Sauce
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- Cucumber medium shredded
- Salt ½ Tsp
- Fresh Dill 1 Tsp
Directions for Finger Fish Fry
- First, Wash the fish finger pieces and add vinegar and turmeric and mix them well and leave it for 15 mins.
- Now, Wash the fish finger pieces again and put them in a strainer so they become dry.
- Now, prepare the coatings to cover the fish finger pieces.
- Now, Beat the eggs in a medium-size bowl and Take flour in another medium-size bowl.
- Now, take the third bowl, and add Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano and Lemon Zest in Bread Crumbs and mix them well and set aside.
- Now, coat the fish fingers in Flour first and then dip them in beaten eggs and lastly coat them with Bread Crumbs. Repeat the procedure for all and put them into the freezer for 15 mins.
