  1. Milk Fresh & boiled 1 & ½ liters
  2. Rice Soaked ¼ Cup
  3. Carrots Grated 300 gm
  4. Cardamom powder ½ Tsp
  5. Sugar ½ cup
  6. Pistachio chopped 2 to 3 tbsp
  7. Almonds Blanched & chopped 2 to 3 tbsp

Directions For Gajrela Recipe

  1. First, Rinse, peel and grate the carrots properly.
  2. Now, take a pot, heat milk, add rice crushed and carrots, mix them well.
  3. Now, Add cardamom powder, cook on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes and keep stirring in between.
  4. Now add sugar, mix well until sugar is dissolved.
  5. Cook until the milk is reduced and thickened.
  6. Now, Add pistachio and almonds, give it a good mix.
