Ingredients For Cheese Balls

  1. Fresh milk 1 liter
  2. Vinegar 2 tbsp

Ingredients For Sheera

  1. Sugar 1 cup
  2. Water 1 & ¼ cup

Ingredients For Sweet Milk

  1. Fresh milk 1 liter
  2. Sugar ¾ cup
  3. Cardamom powder ½ Tsp
  4. Water 2 tbs + corn flour 1 ½ tbsp
  5. Kewra water 1 tbsp
  6. Tetra pack cream 2 tbs
  7. Almond and pistachio for garnishing

Directions to Prepare Cheese Balls

  1. First, Heat milk and bring it to boil.
  2. Now, Add vinegar and mix it well. Strain in cheesecloth and rinse curdled milk with cold water.
  3. Now, Press to strain excess water.
  4. Now, Knead to form a soft dough for 8 to 10 minutes and divide and make small balls with no crack.

Directions to Prepare Sheera

  1. Take a saucepan, add sugar and water and bring it to boil.
  2. Now, Add cheese balls, covered and simmer for 6-8 mins and Set aside in chilled water.

Directions to Prepare Sweet Milk

  1. Take a pot, heat milk, add sugar and cardamom powder.
  2. Now take a small bowl, mix water, and corn flour and add it to the prepared sweet milk.
  3. Now, Add kewra water and boil until 1/3rd of milk remains and keep stirring in between.
  4. Now, Remove sweet milk from flame and add tetra pack cream and give it a good mix.
  5. Now, Remove cheese balls from the cold water and press cheese balls to strain excess water from the cheese balls.
  6. Now, Place cheese balls on a serving plate, pour sweet milk.
  7. Now, In the last step, Garnish with almonds and pistachio, and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours and serve in chilled form.
