Ingredients

  1. Green chilies 5 to 6
  2. Red Onion Small 2
  3. Coriander ½ Cup
  4. Mint leaves ½ Cup
  5. Minced Beef ½ kg
  6. 1 Egg
  7. Cumin seeds Roasted and crushed 1 tbsp
  8. Red chili powder 1 Tsp
  9. Whole spice powder 1 Tsp
  10. Salt 1 Tsp
  11. Ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp
  12. Cooking Oil 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Gravy

  1. Cooking Oil ½ Cup
  2. Cumin seeds 1 & ½ tbs
  3. 1 Red Onion Chopped
  4. Ginger and garlic paste ½ tbsp
  5. Tomatoes Pureed 2 to 3
  6. Red chili powder 1 Tsp
  7. Salt ½ Tsp
  8. Turmeric powder ½ Tsp
  9. Whole spice powder ½ Tsp
  10. Water ½ Cup
  11. Dried fenugreek leaves ½ Tsp
  12. Green chili for garnishing
  13. Coriander for garnishing

Directions For Kabab Karahi Recipe

  1. Take a chopper, add green chilies, onion, coriander and mint leaves, and chop them well.
  2. Now, Add minced beef, egg, cumin seeds, red chili powder, whole spice powder, salt, ginger, and garlic paste, then chop them until they combine well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Now, Grease your hands with cooking oil and make 24 Kababs of equal sizes.
  4. Now take a frying pan, heat cooking oil and shallow fry Kababs for 2 to 3 minutes, and set aside.
  5. Now take a wok, add cooking oil, cumin seeds, onion, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes pureed, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, whole spice powder and mix all ingredients well.
  6. Now, Add water and Prepared Kababs, cover and cook them on low flame for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. Now, Add Kasuri methi, green chili, coriander and put it on simmer for 1 to 2 minutes and serve with Bread, roti or Naan.
