Ingredients for Keema Mince Stuffing:

  • Beef keema (Beef mince) 350 Gms
  • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 Tsp
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) crushed 1 Tsp
  • Dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1½ Tsp
  • Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 Tsp
  • Garam masala powder ½ Tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ½ Tsp
  • Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 7-8 Pcs
  • Pyaz (Onion) chopped medium 1 Pc
  • Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 4 Cloves
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ½ Cup

Ingredients for Naan Dough:

  • Doodh (Milk) warm ¼ Cup
  • Pani (Water) warm ¾ Cup
  • Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 Cups
  • Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Tsp
  • Baking powder ½ Tsp
  • Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 Tsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 Tsp
  • Oil 1 Tbsp
  • Anda (Egg) 1 Pc
  • Doodh (Milk)
  • Til (Sesame seeds)
  • Makhan (Butter)

Directions For Minced Stuffing:

  • Take a chopper and and chop the minced beef
  • Add the beef in a bowl and mix it together with ginger garlic paste, cumin seed, coriander seeds, crushed red chilli, garam masala powder, salt, green chilies, onion and fresh green coriander
  • Set the stuffing aside while you prepare the dough

Directions For the Dough:

  • Take a small jug and mix water and milk in it
  • Then take a bowl and add all purpose flour with sugar, baking powder, instant yeast, salt and mix them very well
  • Add milk+water mixture gradually while the smooth dough is knead
  • Let it rest under cover for about 1 or half an hour
  • Then knead the dough again while sprinkling the all purpose dough until it’s smooth
  • Divide the dough into three equal parts
  • Then take a small part and make a ball and flatten it with help of hands
  • Next, add the minced stuffing in the centre and pull the edges up while sealing it into a shaped ball
  • Now sprinkle some flour and roll the ball with a rolling pin
  • Brush the top with milk and sprinkle sesame seeds while adding marks with hands
  • Transfer the naan into a foiled tray and bake into a preheated oven at 180 degree C for about half an hour
  • After the baking is done, brush the naan top with butter and cut into four pieces before serving hot
  • Enjoy the complete meal and never go hungry for the whole day!
