  1. Maize flour or Cornmeal 3 cups
  2. Salt 1 Tsp
  3. Water lukewarm as required
  4. Thick plastic sheets 2
  5. Desi Ghee or Butter

Directions For Makki Ki Roti Recipe

  1. Take a bowl, add maize flour, salt, and lukewarm water and knead until dough becomes a ball.
  2. Now, Divide dough into 4 equal small balls.
  3. Take two plastic zip lock bags, place one dough ball and press it between the plastic sheets and make a circle shape.
  4. Now, press the dough ball a little with your palms and flattened it and to make a round shaped Roti.
  5. Now, Heat griddle and fry makai ki Roti from both sides with desi ghee or butter.

Now your recipe is ready to serve, you can serve this recipe with Saag Recipe or any other dish according to your taste by using Pickle, or Lassi recipe.
