  1. Cooking Oil 1 tbsp
  2. Bhindi (Okra) ½ kg
  3. Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
  4. Red Onion Sliced 2
  5. Garlic Chopped 1 tbsp
  6. Green chilies paste 2 tbsp
  7. Tomatoes Chopped 2 to 3
  8. Salt 1 Tsp or to taste
  9. Turmeric powder ½ Tsp
  10. Coriander powder ½ Tsp
  11. Cumin powder ½ Tsp
  12. Red chili powder 1 Tsp or to taste
  13. Button red chilies Crushed 3 to 4
  14. Lemon juice 1 to 2 tbsp
  15. Dried fenugreek leaves ¼ Tsp (optional)
  16. Green chilies 2 to 3
  17. Mint leaves
  18. Green coriander Chopped

Directions For Masala Bhindi Recipe

  1. Take a pot, add cooking oil, okra and fry them for 4 to 5 minutes and set aside.
  2. Take a pot, add cooking oil and onion, fry them until translucent.
  3. Now, Add garlic and green chili paste, mix them well.
  4. Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, button red chilies and mix them well until tomatoes are soft.
  5. Now, Add stir fried okra and mix them well properly.
  6. Now, Add lemon juice, green chilies, mint leaves, dried fenugreek leaves,  green coriander and serve.
