  1. Water as required
  2. Cloves 8 to 10
  3. Cinnamon sticks 2
  4. Black peppercorns 8 to 10
  5. Vinegar 1 tbsp
  6. Salt 2 Tsp
  7. Rice 2 & ¼ cup Soaked for an hour
  8. Cooking Oil 4 to 5 tbsp
  9. Chicken boneless 350 gms
  10. Ginger garlic paste 2 Tsp
  11. Cumin seeds 1 Tsp
  12. Turmeric powder ½ Tsp
  13. Red chili powder 1 Tsp
  14. Coriander powder 1 Tsp
  15. Salt 1 Tsp
  16. Onions 2 Medium size
  17. Carrots 1 cup
  18. Corns boiled 1 cup
  19. Capsicum 1 cup
  20. Peas Boiled ½ cup
  21. Green onion white part ½ cup
  22. Black pepper Crushed 2 Tsp
  23. Soy Sauce 2 to 3 tbsp
  24. Green Chilies 3 to 4  
  25. White pepper powder 1 Tsp
  26. Green coriander ¼ Cup
  27. Green onion stalk 1 Cup
  28. Water ½ cup


  1. Take a pot, add water, cloves, cinnamon stick, black peppercorns, vinegar, and salt, bring it to boil, then add rice and boil until ¾ they are done, strain them and set aside.
  2. Take a wok, add cooking oil, chicken boneless and ginger garlic paste, fry them until chicken changes color.
  3. Now, Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt and mix them well.
  4. Now, Add onion and mix them well.
  5. Now add carrots, corns, capsicum, boiled peas and chopped green onion white part and mix them well.
  6. Now, Add boiled white rice, mix them well and add black pepper crushed, soy sauce, green chilies, white pepper powder, green coriander, green onion stalk, and water, cook, and steam for 10 to 15 minutes.
