Ingredients

  • Cream cheese 1 Cup
  • Cream 1 & ¼ Cups
  • Cheeni (Sugar) Powdered ½ Cup
  • Vanilla essence ½ Tsp
  • Cookies
  • Brownies
  • Fruits of your choice

Directions for Fruit Pizza

  • Take a bowl and whisk cream cheese until it gets smooth and set it aside
  • The beat ream in another bowl until it forms a peak
  • Now add vanilla essence, sugar into the cream cheese and whisk it thoroughly until it becomes very smooth
  • Take a piping bag and add frosting to it
  • Spread a layer of frosting on cookies or plain brownies and garnish with colourful fruits of your own choice
  • Serve cold and enjoy the nutritious fruity pizzas
