Ingredients For Papri

  1. All-purpose flour 1 & ½ Cups
  2. Cumin seeds 1 Tsp
  3. Salt ½ Tsp
  4. Ghee or butter 2 tbsp
  5. Water ½ Cup or as required
  6. Cooking Oil for frying

Ingredients Green Chutney

  1. Salt ¼ Tsp
  2. Cumin seeds ½ Tsp
  3. Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  4. Green chilies 6 to 7
  5. Mint leaves ¼ Cup
  6. Fresh coriander ½ Cup
  7. Yogurt 1 Cup
  8. Salt ¼ Tsp
  9. Yellow lentil 1 & ½ Cups Soaked and boiled with salt
  10. Green chutney 2 tbsp or to taste

Assembling Method 1

  1. Papri
  2. Yellow lentil
  3. Cucumber deseeded & chopped
  4. Onion chopped
  5. Tomato deseeded & chopped
  6. Yogurt
  7. Chaat masala
  8. Fresh coriander chopped
  9. Red chili flakes

Assembling Method 2

  1. Yellow lentil
  2. Cucumber deseeded & chopped
  3. Onion chopped
  4. Tomato deseeded & chopped
  5. Potato boiled & cubed
  6. Papri
  7. Lemon juice
  8. Chaat masala
  9. Red chili flakes
  10. Fresh coriander chopped
  11. Yogurt
  12. Green chutney
  13. Papri

Directions For Yellow Lentil

  1. First, Boil yellow lentil with salt, strain and set aside.

Directions For Papri

  1. Take all-purpose flour, add cumin seeds, salt, ghee and mix them well.
  2. Now, Gradually add water and knead until hard dough is formed, cover and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Now, Grease your hands with cooking oil and knead the dough again.
  4. Now, Take a small dough and make a ball, coat with dry flour and roll out thin dough with the help of rolling pin.
  5. Now, With the help of the cookie cutter, cut into desired shapes and prick with the fork.
  6. Now, take a wok, heat cooking oil and fry on low flame until their color becomes golden brown.

Directions For Green Chutney

  1. Take a blender, add salt, cumin seeds, lemon juice, green chilies, mint leaves and fresh coriander, blend them well and set aside.
  2. Take, yogurt, add salt and whisk them well and set aside.
  3. Now, take yellow lentil, add green chutney and mix them well both ingredients in a bowl.

  1. Take papri, add yellow lentil, cucumber, onion, tomato, yogurt, chaat masala, fresh coriander, red chili flakes above the Papri and serve.
  2. Now, take a serving bowl, add yellow lentil, cucumber, onion, tomato, potato, papri, lemon juice, chaat masala, red chili flakes, fresh coriander, yogurt and mix them well.
  3. Now, Add yogurt, green chutney and serve with Papri according to your taste.
