  1. Pure organic ghee 2 to 3 tbsp
  2. Edible gum crystals ¾ Cup
  3. Puffed Lotus Seed 3 Cups
  4. Cashew nuts 1 Cup
  5. Almonds 1 & ½ Cups
  6. Pistachio ¾ Cup
  7. Pure organic ghee 2 to 3 tbsp
  8. Raisins ½ Cup
  9. Dried Melon Seeds 1 Cup
  10. Pure organic ghee 1 Cup
  11. Semolina ½ kg
  12. Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 1 Cup
  13. Cardamom powder 1 Tsp
  14. Powdered sugar ½ kg

Directions For Panjiri Recipe

  1. In a wok, add pure organic ghee or butter and edible gum crystals, fry them until double in size.
  2. Now, Add puffed lotus seeds, fry until their color become, light golden.
  3. Now, Add cashew nuts, fry until golden brown.
  4. Add almonds and fry them for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Now, Add pistachio, fry them for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. In a food chopper, add all fried nuts and coarsely chop them and set aside.
  7. Take a pot, add pure organic ghee and raisins, fry them for 1 to 2 minutes.
  8. Now, Add dried melon seeds and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
  9. Add pure organic ghee or butter and semolina, and continuously mix them until fragrant.
  10. Now, Add desiccated coconut and cardamom powder, continuously mix them well until golden brown.
  11. In a bowl, add semolina mixture, coarsely ground fried nuts, dried melon seeds & raisins, and powdered sugar, mix them until well combined.

Now, Your recipe is ready to serve, you can serve this recipe with Tea or green tea according to your taste.
