  • Green chilies large 6-8 Pcs
  • Chicken boneless ½ Cup
  • Peri sauce mild 2 Tsp
  • Mayonnaise 1 Tbsp
  • Milk 2 Tbsp
  • Cheese (any) 2 Tbsp
  • Oil 1 Tsp
  • Egg white 1 Pc
  • Flour 2 Tsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Pepper ¼ tsp
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Breadcrumbs as needed


  • Take a pan and whisk the cheese in milk until the mixture is smooth and thick, then set it aside
  • Cut the chicken into small strips and fry them in oil while pouring the peri sauce on them, cut them until they are tender
  • Then mix the mayo with cheese and fill the mixture in a piping bag
  • Wash some firm chilies and pat fry them
  • Make longitude cuts in the center of each chili and pipe the cheese mixture in it, also place a chicken stripe carefully
  • After the chilies are stuffed, keep them in the freezer for about an hour
  • Beat an egg white in a bowl and coat each chili in it first, then in the bowl of flour mixed with salt and pepper
  • Coat all the chilies in the same way and then dip them in the milk mixture
  • Coat the chilies with breadcrumbs evenly, dip in the milk again, with another coat of crumbs after that
  • Freeze the coated chilies for half an hour
  • Deep fry them in the preheated oil until the golden brown color comes up
  • Serve hot along with the mild or hot sauce
  • Enjoy the temptingly spicy peri bites
