Peri Peri Chicken Skewers With Ingredients and Directions:

Ingredients:

  • Sirka (Vinegar) ¼ Cup
  • Lemon juice 1 Tbsp
  • Olive oil 1-2 Tbsp
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 2 Tsp or to taste
  • Dried oregano 1 Tsp
  • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 Tsp
  • Cayenne pepper ½ Tsp
  • Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ¼ Tsp
  • Paprika powder 1 Tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ½ Tsp
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ Tsp
  • Chicken boneless cubes 500 Gms
  • Oil

Directions:

  • Take a bowl and mix vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, dried oregano. Cayenne pepper, cardamom powder, paprika powder, salt and pepper together
  • Take a ziplock bag and add the boneless chicken along with the prepared paste and marinate for about 2 hours
  • The longer you marinate the tastier it gets
  • Thread the remaining chicken cubes into skewers and baste it with the remaining marinade
  • Grease the grill pan from all the sides and heat it well
  • Heat the chicken on it while keep on brushing with oil from all sides until done
