- Flour 2 cups
- Salt ½ Tsp
- Water as required
- Chicken boneless 1 cup
- Yogurt 1 tbsp
- Tikka masala
- Cooking Oil 1 Tsp
- Mozzarella cheese grated 1 ½ cup
- Capsicum finely chopped ½ cup
- Sweet corn boiled ½ cup
- Onion finely chopped ½ cup
- Tomatoes ½ cup
- Pizza sauce 3 tbs
Directions For Pizza Paratha Recipe
- Take a bowl add flour, salt and add water gradually, Knead well to form a dough and Rest dough for 10 minutes.
- Take a separate bowl add chicken, yogurt and tikka masala, and mix them well. Cook chicken in a pan with 1 Tsp cooking oil and set aside.
- Now, take a bowl, add cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, and all chopped vegetables and mix them well and set aside.
- Now, Take the dough, punch and knead it again, and make small paratha, spread pizza sauce, filling on the half side and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese and seal it.
- Grease the frying pan and fry pizza paratha and serve with your choice of sauce.
