- Oil 3 tbs
- Garlic chopped 2 tsp
- Onion chopped 1 large
- Beef minced 500 gms
- Salt 1 Tsp
- Tikka masala 1 tbsp
- Pasta 350 gms
- Pizza sauce 1 & ½ Cups
- Mushroom ¼ Cup
- Black olives ¼ Cup
- Grated Cheddar cheese ½ Cup
- Grated Mozzarella cheese ½ Cup
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Red chili crushed 1 tsp
Ingredients For Topping
- Pasta with pizza stuffing
- Grated Cheddar cheese 1 Cup
- Grated Mozzarella cheese 1 & ½ Cups
- Red Onion slices
- Tomato deseeded & sliced
- Black olives
- Mushroom slices
- Take a frying pan, add oil, garlic, onion and mix them well.
- Now, Add minced beef, and mix well until changes color and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Now, Add salt, tikka masala and mix them well, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
- Now, Cook on high flame until all water is dry and set aside.
- Now, in a bowl, add pasta, cooked mince, pizza sauce, mushrooms, black olives, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, red chili crushed and mix them well.
- Now, Grease baking dish with oil, add pasta with pizza stuffing, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, onion slices, tomato slices, black olives, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, mushroom slices, black olives, tomato slices and onion slices.
- Now, Bake in the pre-heated oven at 200 C until cheese melts (15-20 minutes).
