Potato Chicken Crispy Rolls Recipe

The Potato Chicken crispy rolls can be referred to as a blend between potato cutlet and a chicken nugget, so it could more appropriately be called a Nugglet! Enjoy this crispy delicious snack alongside your tea and make your evenings more exciting.


  • Chicken ½ cup
  • Potato 4 medium size boiled
  • Crushed red chili 1 Tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Black pepper as required
  • Garam masala powder ½ Tsp
  • Sabut dhania crushed   1/4 Tsp
  • Zeera 1/4 Tsp
  • Ajinomoto ½ Tsp
  • Roll patti
  • Breadcrumbs

Directions for Potato Chicken Rolls

  • Peel and mash the boiled potatoes
  • Shred the chicken into fine pieces
  • Preheat oil in a pan
  • Take a large bowland mix all the ingredients together
  • Make rolls out of the mixture
  • Roll them over breadcrumbs
  • Fry in the preheated oil from all the sides until the rolls change their colour to golden brown
  • You may freeze the remaining rolls but do not store them more than two days because of the potato used in the filling
  • Serve hot alongside your favourite dips and tea
