- 4 boiled eggs
- 3 chopped red onion
- 2 chopped medium-size tomatoes
- 4 chopped green chilis
- 1 cup of yogurt
- Salt and red pepper according to your taste
- Chopped green coriander leafs
- Garlic and Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
- Half small cup of cooking oil
- Take a medium-size pot and put it over medium-high heat.
- Add a half cup of oil over medium-high heat.
- Now add chopped red onions, tomatoes, green chilis and cook these ingredients until they become in form of paste.
- Now add 1 teaspoon of garlic and Ginger paste and cook them well.
- In the last step now add yogurt for gravy, note that, add yogurt according to that quantity in which you want gravy for your recipe.
- After adding yogurt cook all te ingredients with yogurt, and make it thick how much you want.
- Now add boiled eggs by cutting them from the center.
