- 1 cup white flour
- 6 to 8 small boneless pieces of frozen fish
- 3 tablespoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of water
- 2 cups of cooking oil

- Now after heating up cooking oil dip every piece of frozen fish well in the paste of flour.
- Now add each piece of fish one by one in heated oil.
- Fry them until their color become golden brown 10 to 15 minutes approximately.
