- 500 gm boiled rice
- 3 chopped carrots in small tiny pieces
- 2 medium-size chopped capsicums in small pieces
- 2 chopped small red onions in small tiny pieces
- 1 cup of green peas
- Salt according to your taste
- Red pepper according to your taste
- Black pepper (optional)
- Half cup of cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar and soy sauce
- Take a medium size cooking pot add 2 to 3 tablespoon of cooking oil over medium-high heat.
- Now add chopped carrots, green peas, and capsicum in heated oil and cook them well for 10 minutes over low-medium heat.
- Now add 1 teaspoon of vinegar and soy sauce including salt and red pepper powder according to your taste and cook them well for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Now after cooking these ingredients add half boiled rice and mix them with these ingredients, after mixing these ingredients now add other half rice and mix them slowly.
