Ingredients

  1. 500 gm boiled rice
  2. 3 chopped carrots in small tiny pieces
  3. 2 medium-size chopped capsicums in small pieces
  4. 2 chopped small red onions in small tiny pieces
  5. 1 cup of green peas
  6. Salt according to your taste
  7. Red pepper according to your taste
  8. Black pepper (optional)
  9. Half cup of cooking oil
  10. 1 teaspoon of vinegar and soy sauce

Directions

  1. Take a medium size cooking pot add 2 to 3 tablespoon of cooking oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Now add chopped carrots, green peas, and capsicum in heated oil and cook them well for 10 minutes over low-medium heat.
  3. Now add 1 teaspoon of vinegar and soy sauce including salt and red pepper powder according to your taste and cook them well for 5 to 8 minutes.
  4. Now after cooking these ingredients add half boiled rice and mix them with these ingredients, after mixing these ingredients now add other half rice and mix them slowly.
