Vegetable Pizza Recipe With Ingredients and Directions

Ingredients for pizza dough

  1. 2 cups of white flour          
  2. 1 teaspoon of instant Yeast
  3. Half Warm Water (As per Need)
  4. Sugar 1 teaspoon
  5. Salt 1 teaspoon
  6. Egg 1
  7. Olive Oil 2 teaspoons

Ingredient for Pizza Sauce

  1. Tomato slices 5 pieces
  2. Tomato ketchup 2 teaspoons
  3. Red Onion ¼ tsp
  4. Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  5. Red pepper powder ½ tsp
  6. Salt (According to your taste)
  7. Oregano 1/4 teaspoon    
  8. Olive Oil 3 teaspoon

Ingredients for Pizza Topping

  1. 2 cups of Chopped red and green capsicums
  2. 1 cup of red onion slices
  3. 1 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
  4. 1 Cup of Cheddar Cheese
  5. 1 Cup Mushrooms Cubes
  6. Garlic Paste 1 teaspoon

Directions for Pizza Sauce

  1. Add Onion and garlic in warm olive oil.
  2. Stir them until their color become half golden.
  3. Now stir tomatoes, tomato ketchup, Oregano, Salt, and Red Chili powder in half golden red Onion.
  4. Stir all mixture and make the normal thick sauce over medium heat.
  5. Need  4 to 5 minutes for pizza sauce.

Directions for Pizza Dough

  1. Stir instant Yeast in 4 teaspoons of half warm water to produce its effect.
  2. Now stir salt and sugar and eggs in white flour and use instant yeast with half warm water to make the pizza dough.
  3. Use this pizza dough after 2-3 hrs when its size become double of the actual size of flour.

Directions For Fajita Pizza

  1. Preheat your oven at 180c.
  2. Make a bread of pizza dough, then put 1 tsp oil before putting bread of pizza dough on the tray.
  3. Apply pizza sauce over the pizza dough base.
  4. Spread all chopped and sliced vegetables over pizza sauce then add topping mixture over vegetables and then bake it at least 15 in the oven.
  5. Now your Vegetable Pizza recipe is ready to serve.
