Vegetable rice recipe with Ingredients and Directions
Vegetable rice recipe is famous all over the world, people like to eat this recipe due it’s healthy ingredients and taste. This recipe is very easy to cook, here we will guide you how to cook this recipe by using following ingredients and steps.
- 1 and a half cup of rice soaked for 30 minutes
- 1 tablespoon spoon of cooking oil
- 1 black cardamom
- 2 chopped medium-size red onions
- 1 teaspoon of garlic and ginger paste
- 3 chopped medium-size green chilis
- 2 cups of chopped vegetables in small cube pieces ( Potatoes, carrots, peas)
- 2 cups of water
- Salt ( According to your taste)
- Red pepper powder (According to your taste)
- 2 bay leafs
- Take a medium-sized wok and add cooking oil over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 black cardamom and 2 bay leafs in heated cooking oil.
- Now add ginger and garlic paste with chopped red onions and cook them for 5 minutes.
- Now add chopped green chilis with chopped vegetables.
- Add salt and red pepper powder according to your taste and cook all of these ingredients well by adding 1 cup of water.
- Now add rice with one cup of water and cook them well over medium high heat until the water is totally dry.
Your Vegetable rice recipe is ready to serve. You can serve this recipe with ketchup or Chinese Manchurian for more healthy taste.
