Ingredients

  1. 3 chopped small-size carrots
  2. 1 chopped medium-size Red Onion
  3. 1 chopped green leaf cabbage
  4. 0.25-gm pea beans
  5. 3 to 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  6. Egg rolls sheet or Rolls sheet
  7.  Salt (According to your taste)
  8. Red Pepper (According to your taste)
  9. Black Pepper (According to your taste)
  10. Cooking Oil

Directions for Vegetables

  1. Add 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Now, add all chopped vegetable in the pan.
  3. Add red, black pepper and salt according to your taste in chopped vegetables.
  4. cook all these ingredients for 4 to 5 minutes only and mix them well.

Directions for Vegetable Rolls

  1. Take 4 to 5 Roll sheets.
  2. Add 2 to 3 spoon cooked vegetables in each roll sheet.
  3. Now roll the vegetable mixture in roll sheets and set aside on a plate.
  4. Add cooking oil in a wok over Medium-High heat.
  5. Now, add vegetable rolls one by one in the Medium heated oil.
  6. Fry them Until their color become golden brown.
