Classic Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish          
How to Make It:
  1. In a large pot, sauté onions, carrots, and celery until soft.
  2. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  3. Add noodles and cook until tender.
  4. Stir in shredded chicken, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
