Creamy Mushroom Soup


Overview: 

A rich and earthy soup made with a blend of mushrooms, perfect for mushroom lovers. 

Origin:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb mixed mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme for garnish
 How to Make It:
  1. Sauté onions and garlic in butter until fragrant.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until soft and browned.
  3. Pour in broth and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Blend the soup until smooth, then stir in cream.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with thyme, and serve.
