Ingredients:
- 1 lb mixed mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme for garnish
- Sauté onions and garlic in butter until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and cook until soft and browned.
- Pour in broth and simmer for 15 minutes.
